The start of 2016 leads us into a new era in international cooperation, but time is not on our side. This ECDPM Challenges Paper looks at implications, challenges and opportunities ahead in 2016 for EU external action and EU-Africa relations, especially in light of the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
